Born in 1978, Jia Qiu graduated from Shanghai Theatre Academy in 2001. He is currently actor at Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre. He has played in many theatre productions including "Mamma Mia!" the musical (Bill), "Twelve Angry Men", "Out of Order", "Fifty First Dates", "The Gadfly", etc.

"It has been a great life experience cooperating with Danish artists. We Chinese have a saying, ' it takes good karma to be able to encounter each other in life.' I hope our encounter with Danish artists will result in a fabulous production. "
